Lacrosse provides Ugandan youth aplatform to influence change in communities.

Uganda Lacrosse Tour Series Game Day Report.
The long awaited tour series kicked off yesterday at Bishop Cipriano Kihangire SS in Luzira a Kampala suburb. The game was the first one in a three months program embarked on  by the Uganda Lacrosse management  to host games in different schools to spread the knowledge and awareness of the game and to also to be able to motivate more youth towards joining the game.

The other hosting schools ill include Mt St Marys High School Namagunga,Gayaza High School,St Lawrence Creamland and Vienna College Namugongo. At the end of the tour,anumber of positives are expected mostly the easy appeal of the game to the supporters in different locations.

The series are running without any sponsorship packages leaving the players to mobilize own resources towards the success of the program. The juniors projects will be also on the tours in July making two stops at Kampala Parents School and Kampala International School of Uganda and in August in Jinja at the Jinja Rugby grounds in preparation for Uganda vs Kenya game between Oct 25th-2nd Nov. 
Game officials Twesiime Liberty and Oscar Wodero had a fantastic game day yesterday containing the high a drenaline's of the players as the further the game went on,the higher the odds climaxed. 
The game had a crowd watching and it was fantastic watching the people excited with 99% of them watching the game for the first time.

Juniors Lacrosse,ameasure of future excellence.

Uganda Lacrosse Juniors Project Manager Mr Twesiime Liberty presented to the lacrosse world exciting news about the schools lacrosse programsin Uganda where boys and girls below the age of 10 have already started learning the game,the program is part of the long term project that will directly feed players into the juniors grooming clubs SilverBacks Juniors Lacrosse-Uganda and NileCrocs Juniors Lacrosse-Uganda. the best way to ensure the greatest lacrosse generation in Africa Lacrosse
